My husband and I hired Liam Pierce on a recommendation from one of our neighbors.
He was our agent from when we listed our house in Surfside Beach, SC in mid March of 2020 till the closing on August 18. It was rough during the first couple of months due to the pandemic with no inquiries or showings or anything. He stayed positive through the whole thing. Any time we had complicated questions, basic questions, or even weird questions, he always was available to answer them or knew someone he could contact who had the answer. Liam was always very patient, polite, approachable, and thorough. We were thrown a couple of curve balls towards the end; he kept us calm and got things solved. We never had an issue getting a hold of him via email, phone, text message, or in person. He went above and beyond to find us a realtor in Indiana to where we relocated because we didn’t know anyone. ! He’s very professional and down to earth and super easy to work with. I received everything in a timely manner via email and if I needed him he was a call away. He got my home on the market quickly and it was contingent on financing in 2 days!!! Took just over a month for closing to be completed....and only because we were waiting for the buyers side to complete things on their end. House was sold at asking price. Could not have asked for a better realtor.
